Fort Myers Beach is open & ready for vacationers.
Dogs are accepted with a $150 pet fee.

Cafe in bldg 1, Docs Beach House across the street on beach and Coconut Jacks only steps away.
The space:
Brand new, super comfortable King bed and queen sofa bed. Pool is 2 floors down in same bldg. Small cafe in Bldg 1 next door.
Other things to note:
Currently there is ongoing construction. The condo HOA has contracted to begin painting and repairing the lanais for this complex. Building 2 has started just this month. There will be noise and/or unavailability of the lanai during this time. Not sure how long this will continue.
